Relishing nature is another tenet of happiness. Years ago I saw on TV. Most attended class at Harvard was on happiness. Wow I thought out loud. Then magic. I was able to take a class. Psychology of Happiness at the University of Arizona. It was that semester that I knew for certain. God wants us to be HAPPY. I believe science and spirit have met.
