Optimistic

Is OPTIMISM a choice?  I often SEE the sunnyside of life. I am curious when others don't.  Martin Seligman years ago changed the focus of his early research.  Instead of trying to understand how to make sad people "less sad" he shifted his view toward the study of HAPPY people. People who have a sense of meaning.
A question worth pondering.

  1. Happy people spend more time focusing on things that make them happy. What you focus on expands.
